Analysis in progress
The data for Diggie is up to date — it comes straight from the wiki. What's missing is the commentary: what the hero actually does, their builds and their counters. That can't be extracted; it has to be written.

Story
It is known that scholars and thinkers from all over the world are finally coming together in the city of Antoinerei. This is where the often overlooked Diggie lives. Many don't take five seconds to turn to Diggie because of his small size, until they come across his research in chronoscience. Diggie loves clocks, he thinks these little mechanical toys hide many more secrets yet to be discovered.
Through the use of his "Time Nest", Diggie can control the flow of time. He is also able to free his friends from the physical chains of time, taking them with him. Be careful though, because if you make him angry, prepare yourself for the taste of a Hoot Hoot "Time Bomb!"
