Analysis in progress
The data for Valir is up to date — it comes straight from the wiki. What's missing is the commentary: what the hero actually does, their builds and their counters. That can't be extracted; it has to be written.

Story
To the southwest of the Land of Dawn lies an active volcano that endangered the lives of anyone who dared to approach it. “Hell of Fire” was what people called this place. It was also known as the testing ground for mages seeking to master flame spells. After leaving the magic academy, Valir resided there for five years while carrying a ten-year promise to Vale. He hoped that this day would come sooner, but at the same time, he also hoped that this day would never come. One day, Valir cast his arcane flame magic towards the volcano but the result did not live up to his expectations.
In the Western Desert there was a man who was looking for Valir. The betrayal of the years was something he could never forgive. With much anger and hatred, and to maintain the reputation of the magic academy, he decided to hunt down the traitor. The moment he felt unusual arcane power being released from the volcano, he smiled.
Long-term habitation in this "Hell of Fire" has brought changes to Valir's body. His skin was burned by the volcano's flames, but to become the Son of Flames, he had to combine the power of his arcane flame magic with the volcano's hellfire. His body and his will must withstand the tests of these burning lavas. Suddenly, a strong wind blew, bringing a familiar feeling to Valir. Vale had come! They had never met since childhood. This meeting gave rise to the first fight between them, between fire and wind. The Windtalker and Son of Flame use all their magic to attack each other. No words were exchanged, but they shared a common thought: they didn't want to kill each other. However, their fight generated great power, which made the volcano worse. If the volcano erupted, they would surely die in hell.
There are five years left – can’t you wait for Vale!?
Before Vale said anything, Valir heard another familiar voice, it was Gord. Gord's presence interrupted this fight between these brothers. He wanted to abolish Valir's arcane magic, because in his mind, her pure arcane wisdom should never be tarnished. However, the arcane spell he cast on Valir was stopped by Vale. Vale turned to sympathy as he looked at Valir's tortured body. He didn't want anyone to hurt his brother. However, Valir did not need such sympathy.
One of them was his master who wanted to destroy his apprentice for his apparent betrayal. Another of them was his closest brother. However, he was also the son of the one who killed Valir's father. The sacred flame would never go out. Valir managed to combine the power of his arcane flame magic with hellfire and release powerful energy. With this power, the lava became unstable. During this time, Valir gained a powerful body while his eyes became scarlet flames. At that time, Vale could understand his father's concerns. This kind of power amazed Gord, and as a teacher, he would rather kill his student than let him be possessed by this crazy power.
Valir's flame, Vale's wind, and Gord's arcane power aggravated the volcano, leading to a great collapse. After that, Vale and Gord tried to find Valir, but they couldn't find him. Vale knew that in his heart Valir was still alive and that their promise of ten years was not yet broken. The five years made Valir great, what would happen after five more years? Vale knew that the next time they met, it wouldn't be as friends and brothers. Rather, it would be the greatest fight for their lives.
Did you know?
- The name “Valir” means “Valley” in Bengali language.
- Valir's original skills were very different from his current version, focusing more on fire blasts than CC and sustain. Its burn damage can kill enemies even after it stops attacking (if they are still on fire).
- Valir is the only mage with a skill capable of repelling multiple enemies at once.
- Demonlord and Infernal Blaze shared the ultimate quote.
- Valir's collector's skin, Demonlord, is in the same timeline as the name = Vale's collector's skin "Supernal Tempest"
- Valir's Shikigami Summoner skin resembles Seimei, the founder of Scarlet Shadow.
