Analysis in progress
The data for Harith is up to date — it comes straight from the wiki. What's missing is the commentary: what the hero actually does, their builds and their counters. That can't be extracted; it has to be written.

Story
Legends say that an ancient race of elves reside in the enchanted forest of the Land of Dawn. Stories often describe this feline breed as small, agile, playful, independent, and very intelligent. However, few people know of the long-standing alliance between the Leonine Elves and the Moon Elves.
From a young age, Harith surpassed his peers in talent and wisdom. He quickly became the most powerful mage among the Leonins, perhaps as strong as the other mages in the Land of Dawn. However, the Leonins never leave the Enchanted Forest, living a peaceful and safe life alone. The Leonines became so complacent with their happy existence that they no longer indulged in the magical arts, a hallmark of their people. Harith became very unhappy with this trend and confidently left the Enchanted Forest to see the outside world at the young age of 15. Harith was driven by his passion for the magical arts, aspiring to become the leader of his people in matters of magic.
Harith arrived in the Moniyan Empire, where he joined the armies to fight the orcish invaders. Proving himself in battle, Harith gained the recognition of Tigreal, who came to appreciate Harith's beautiful spirit and strong abilities. People say that Harith has been given the rank of lieutenant and will soon be appointed as the Imperial Magic Master of the Moniyan Empire. That said, Harith has Imperial permission to use magic to control space and time to unlock the secrets of the dawn to seal away evil and protect justice.
Full of enthusiasm and fervor, Harith also knew that once named Master of Magic, he would become the target of public criticism. True to his dream of becoming the leader of his people in matters of magic, Harith moved forward alone and without fear. As time passed, Harith found his life consumed by his mission and the empire. Harith slowly became lonely and reclusive. Even when he met his comrade Léonine, Nana, he was unable to maintain a normal conversation. Although Nana showed signs of affection towards him, he could not express his feelings, believing that the best way to protect her from criticism was for him to be alone. After all, whenever the empire needed magical aid, the Master of Magic was there to ward off the dangers of evil.

Combos

Laning
In the laning phase, approach the enemy with Harith's 2nd Skill, hit them with an enhanced Basic Attack, then use his 1st Skill to chip away their HP.
Teamfight
In teamfights, first use Harith's 2nd Skill to get close to the enemy, then follow up with the Ultimate, and start spamming his 1st and 2nd Skill. Dashing through the Ultimate not only reduces his skill cooldowns, but also allows Harith to get multiple enhanced Basic Attacks from his 2nd Skill.
