The Agile Tiger of the Eastern Fighters is a lively young girl who wields the Tang crossbow. Wanwan grew up in a remote mountain mansion and had a carefree childhood. It was only after meeting Yu Zhong, the reincarnation of the Black Dragon, Yin, the current vessel of the Evil God Lieh, and the other Eastern Fighters guarding the Dragon Altar that she realized that she had long ago been chosen by the Agile Tiger of the Four Immortals. Wanwan would find herself embroiled in events that would affect the past and future of the river lands of Cadia.

Can a young girl just venturing out into the world take on the duty of protecting the entire Cadia Riverlands? Despite everything she has been through, Wanwan still has many questions and has decided to head out into the big world to discover her own truth. ===Beyond the Mountains=== Many years ago, a stillborn child was abandoned in the mountains. The Spirit of the Agile Tiger, who was then looking for a successor, entered the scene and felt sorrow for the child who was not given a chance. So, he ended his search and gave his power to give the little girl a new life. As she inherited the power of an oriental fighter, marks appeared on her face and she grew a tiger's tail. And as luck would have it, the master of the Tang clan was walking in the forest and found the blessed child. He adopted her and named her Tang Wanwan. So the mountains now had a very noisy “little tiger”.

Under the care of her adoptive father, Wanwan grew into a rambunctious girl. She loved to talk, as if to compensate for her inability to greet the world when she was born. She was always chatting, usually to herself, and bouncing with her tail swaying in the wind. The mountains and forests became her playground. Sometimes she would shoot her arrows into the blue sky, imagining she was flying to the vast world beyond.

Before Wanwan could feel sad about her friend leaving, her long-absent father suddenly returned. He asked Wanwan to pack his things quickly and they left the mountains that night. “Are we running from something?” Wanwan wondered. Her father didn't explain and she didn't ask. Wanwan just hid the Dragon Orb and followed. She was excited to be able to see what Yu Zhong said for herself.

They finally arrived at Floral Falls. Hidden by immense mechanisms, it was a utopia for those seeking refuge from the conflicts of the world. Here, Wanwan finally met someone her own age; someone with whom she could have a lively exchange. And this person was Yin, a young man who was a bit simple but fair and passionate. Similar in age and education, the two men became best friends and were almost inseparable. Often, when the adults were busy, they would sneak out of the valley to listen to stories of what was happening in the riverlands of Cadia. Yin was worried about many things, but Wanwan could barely contain her excitement. Although Floral Falls was also isolated from the world, it was a step further from his home in the mountains.

And step by step, Wanwan believed that she would finally see the world she had imagined when she was a child, the world mentioned by Yu Zhong, and the world that she and Yin talked about.

The years have passed. Rumors of the Black Dragon's reincarnation began to spread throughout the Riverlands of Cadia. At first, Wanwan thought it was just the latest gossip. But a few days later, she heard a familiar name among the rumors and felt uneasy in her heart. At that moment, the Dragon Orb began to grow hot, as if giving a warning or perhaps indicating answers. Wanwan bid farewell to her father and Yin and left to find Yu Zhong.

With a new purpose in her step, Wanwan followed the news regarding the Black Dragon and, with the help of the Dragon Orb, finally arrived at the Dragon Altar.

Inside, the new Eastern Fighters gathered for the first time, but could not stop Yu Zhong from merging with the power of the Black Dragon. Wanwan had unknowingly played a role in Yu Zhong's plan, bringing the Dragon Orb that allowed him to defeat the Evil God Lieh.

As Yu Zhong and Luo Yi chased after Lieh, he took one last look at Wanwan. A thousand questions came to his mind.

—Did you lead me here just to obtain the power of the Black Dragon?
