Analysis in progress
The data for Eudora is up to date — it comes straight from the wiki. What's missing is the commentary: what the hero actually does, their builds and their counters. That can't be extracted; it has to be written.

Story
Although they have been integrated into human civilization for many years and their appearance and habits approximate those of humans, many Moniyan still show hostility and distrust towards the Light Elves. It was in a village where such racial tensions reigned that Eudora grew up.
Due to its proximity to the Monastery of Light, most of the inhabitants of this village followed the obsolete teachings of the monastery and were hostile towards the Elves of Light. The prejudices of the older generation also affected the children of the village, and Eudora was bullied and insulted by her peers for her unusual eyes and pointy ears for as long as she could remember, leading her to become a sensitive and withdrawn young elf. She had no friends and her only companion was a humble flower Silver Song.
Little lonely Eudora sat next to this flower for hours, sharing with it all her misfortunes and joys.
However, her only friend was ultimately destroyed by the cruel children of the village. A group of boys, who often teased Eudora, spotted Eudora talking to her floral friend one day and uprooted her on a cloudy afternoon, then bragged about it to anyone who would listen. When Eudora saw what they had done, she could no longer hold back her emotions. All the years of indignation and insults poured out of her body as pure rage, condensed into the power of lightning, and she nearly leveled the surrounding houses.
This was the awakening of Eudora's latent magical power, but because of this incident, her family had to leave the village and find a new home.
Eudora carried the burden of this painful memory with her as she grew up, and this emotional imbalance eventually became a huge obstacle in her struggle to control her magical power. Every time someone tried to insult her because of her appearance, the magical power in Eudora's body would spiral out of control, leaving her family with no choice but to leave to find another home.
Their nomadic lifestyle finally ended when they arrived in northern Moniyan. A tutor at the Magic Academy, named Theresa, discovered Eudora's magical talent and decided to bring her to the school to begin her formal training in the arcane arts. Although she did not want to be separated from her family, Eudora gladly accepted Theresa's invitation and enrolled in the Magic Academy, becoming an apprentice at the Ulturia School.
Under Theresa's guidance, Eudora absorbed all kinds of magical knowledge and quickly mastered the most powerful magic Theresa had to teach her. Over time, she gradually grew from a young apprentice to one of Ulturia School's most notable magic instructors. She let her hair grow long to try to hide her elven ears. Although she was respected by all who knew her, the scars of her youth remained hidden in her heart.
When Eudora's mentor Theresa, principal of Ulturia School, was about to retire, she announced to the public that Eudora would be taking over. But unexpectedly, this decision sparked intense controversy. Never in the history of the Magic Academy had an Elf headed a magic school and entered the academic committee. Many even thought it was a betrayal of the great prophet.
All this time, Eudora had believed that she would never face prejudice from the Magic Academy, but the doubts that surfaced upon hearing this news sent her heart into turmoil. The shadow of her childhood fell on her. Huge balls of lightning, carrying her heavy memories, crashed to the ground, bringing an abrupt end to the handover ceremony and all the trust Eudora had tried to build over the years.
She decided to give up her role as headmistress of Ulturia School and was ready to leave the Magic Academy and look for a new home where she could live without prejudice. But Theresa stopped Eudora in her tracks and gave her a true-seeing mirror that allowed her to see herself.
“Only what you care about can truly hurt you.”
“You care about your race, you care about your appearance…and therefore, you care about what other people say.”
Eudora stood in front of the mirror for a day and a night. These nightmarish childhood experiences and all the doubts surrounding the handover ceremony appeared to him one by one. The light in her eyes shone brightly, the electricity within her surging with no end in sight. Just as she was about to explode, it slowly dissipated, and all that remained when she looked in the mirror again was the calm, pointy-eared Elf she had been running from.
She now knew herself and had finally learned to face herself with peace in her heart.
Eudora cut off her long hair, which she had let grow for many years, and raised her elven ears high and proud. She vowed to return to Ulturia School and tell all those who could not accept her: I know who I am, and you will one day find out who I will become.
